Pay easily with iDEAL and PayPal.

Payments are processed immediately. The payment methods are fully integrated into REFI’s webshop.

Payment always takes place within the secure environment of your own bank or credit card company.


Please contact us via info@refistudio.com or our contact form as soon as possible. As long as your order is not yet in the shipping process, you can cancel it free of charge. 

We understand that you are excited to receive your order. All orders are shipped within 2 business days with PostNL or DHL.

Unfortunately, it may happen that the item you want is no longer in stock. We replenish the items regularly, so keep an eye on the site.


The Netherlands: EUR 4.50 All other countries within Europe: EUR 10 Orders above EUR 200 will be shipped for free.

We understand that you are excited to receive your order. All orders are shipped within 2 working days with PostNL or DHL.

We ship to all countries within the European Union.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with a track and trace code to follow the status of your order.

All orders are sent within 2 working days. In some cases (less than 1%), an order is delayed in the sorting process. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact us via info@refistudio.com or the contact form.


It may happen that the order is not to your satisfaction. In this case, you can return the products within 14 calendar days after receipt without giving any reason. You will be credited for the full amount including shipping costs. Please send a return request to info@refistudio.com. Do not forget to include your order number!

We can only process a return if it meets the following conditions:

· Free of (make-up) stains;

· Free of perfume;

· The labels are attached to the product;

· The products must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged;

· The returned products must fall within the 14-day return period;

· Please return the products in their original packaging.

Register your return by sending an email to info@refistudio.com.  Do not forget to state your order number.

Send the items back in their original packaging to:

Return your order with track&trace via PostNL or DHL. The costs for this are EUR 7.25, which are for your own account. Keep the proof of delivery.

The amount will be refunded within 10 days after receipt of the return.

Warranty & complaints

All our products are handmade in our workshop in Amsterdam. We do our utmost to deliver these products in top condition. It may happen that an article gets damaged during transport or by something else. In this case, you can make a warranty claim. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect via info@refistudio.com within two months of discovering it. If the

defect is covered by the warranty, we will take care of the repair or replacement. It may happen that something does not go as planned. In this case, we advise you to contact us via info@refistudio.com
